VASER Liposuction for Men Portland

VASER Liposuction is a precise approach to body contouring that offers you an optimal opportunity to enhance your masculine aesthetic. VASER leverages its innovative vibration amplification technology to create chiseled contours and powerful lines that will make you look like the man you’ve always wanted to be. The VASER system takes liposuction to the next level so that you can enhance your masculine physique with rugged precision.  Liposuction is not a weight-loss procedure. Rather, the procedure presents strategic fat removal for aesthetic effect. VASER Liposuction has even more to offer our male patients in particular.

Powerful Lines and Chiseled Contours with VASER

VASER is a high-tech and specialized liposuction technique that elevates liposuction to an art. VASER stands for Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance.[1] This paradigm-shifting approach allows for finer and more accurate fat removal so that liposuction more closely resembles sculpture than ever before.

Part of VASER’s innovation lies in an extra emulsification phase at the outset of the procedure. The specially designed liposuction device comes equipped with an ultrasonic enhancement mounted on the thin, metal cannula nozzle. The cannula is inserted into the surgical site at the beginning of the operation, gently pulsating, roiling and rattling stubborn clumps of fat cells loose so that they can be more easily removed.

Bridgetown Aesthetics is led by Roby F. Hayes, M.D. who has made it his mission to offer a full assortment of minimally invasive and non-invasive aesthetics treatments with medical expertise in a professional, comfortable environment. • Gives athletic-like muscle tone and definition to the treated areas
  • Provides a customizable body contouring experience to help men  achieve their aesthetic goals
  • Sound vibration energy also tightens the skin in the treatment area

Ideal Candidates

At your personal consultation at Bridgetown Aesthetics, Dr. Hayes and his team will determine if you are a qualified candidate for VASER Liposuction.

Men who want to lose the excess flab and show off a little more muscle may be ideally suited for VASER Liposuction. Qualified candidates have realistic expectations for the procedure. They are basically healthy individuals who are already at or near their goal weight. VASER Liposuction works best for men who wish to highlight their masculine features while eliminating stubborn bulges of fat that can undermine all those hours spent sweating in the gym.

FAQ

Does liposuction permanently remove fat?

Liposuction removes fat cells from the body. Once fat cells are removed, they will not return. Liposuction patients are still certainly capable of gaining weight. However, the fat will accumulate differently on the patient’s body to reflect the liposuction procedure’s body contouring benefits.

How painful is liposuction?

Most patients report that liposuction is a relatively painless procedure. Liposuction requires going under anesthesia. This means you won’t feel any pain during the liposuction surgery. There will be some tenderness during your recovery which may be carefully managed with prescription pain medication and ibuprofen. It’s common to have pain, swelling, bruising, soreness, and numbness after liposuction. Please keep your follow-up appointments in the weeks and months following your surgery. If you are having any persistent issues with pain, it is important that inform your doctor.
